You may have read hundreds of self help books, done expensive on line programmes that promise the earth, cost you an arm and a leg and give you nothing useful in return. You may have repeated affirmations until you are blue in the face, but feel no different. You may have tried various  religions and wondered why so many wars have been fought over worship. 

I have. I have been exploring all of this, since I was 5 years old. I taught myself to read at three. It's what kids do when they cannot connect meaningfully, to those around them. They try to seek out like minded people, their people, but find these people are like hens teeth; practically non existent, I was different. I craved the spiritual life and found it in the Spiritual section of Lincoln library and I never looked back. In these books, were my people.

What I discovered after I had pushed all this aside, broke down, ended up broke, lost my self confidence; my self esteem non existent, health in tatters and my mind frazzled, was actually hidden in plain sight. I just couldnt see it. 

It was the lesser trodden path,' of inner peace. There was a little bridge, it lay between life as it was and life as it could be. It's not a doing, its a being. 

A way of being in the world that transcends words, learning and belief systems. 

The truth, is always simple; if it isnt, it isnt the truth. 

We just have to open our real eyes, and 'realise' the  potential that we not only have as individuals, but the true potential we could have, as a collective, if our collective vision was World Peace.

When we see this, the bigger picture, everything moves into alignment and we see how we could all, experience life, in a totally different way and on a united front.

It is impossible to create world peace, without first creating inner peace, within in our own hearts.

We can all uplift each other to a higher frequency and learn how to stay there...but its a lifes work and it requires dedication, awareness and determination, but most of all, the the first step, is the power of observation....of one's self.

When you get into flow, you don't just flow. You become the river. You live the journey down to the sea, and maybe for the very first time, you actually see, your part , in the whole picture and in that one glance, there is no looking back, you won't want to.

Self realisation, self care, self love, atonement, forgiveness and non judgement, are the cornerstones of inner peace. 

Your creativity can express this to the world in a myriad of ways....and we want to explore these.
